Gerritsen is a certified low vision therapist who
works at 12 different doctor’s offices and
eye care centers throughout Utah, offering low vision
rehabilitation services to persons with a vision
loss. He has taught the course “Utilization
of Low Vision” at the University of Utah since
1992 in conjunction with a course on the eye taught
by Robert Christiansen, M.D. Bryan has worked in
low vision since 1989, and previously was a certified
orientation and mobility specialist. Prior to working
on his own at doctor’s offices, he worked in
Atlanta, at the Utah School for the Blind in Ogden,
and for the Division of Services for the Blind and
Visually Impaired in Salt Lake. He is married and
has seven children. |
