Matt Hollibush is beginning the Ph.D. program. His primary interests are teacher education and the preparation of preservice and practicing teachers with an emphasis on literacy instruction. His primary research interest is the relationship between literacy and school culture.

Matt holds a B.S. from the University of Nevada, Reno-Secondary Education/English and an M.A. from California State University, Sacramento-Curriculum and Instruction. He is interested in competitive sports, fly fishing, and spending time with his two daughters.
