  As part of the application process you will need to submit at least three letters of recommendation. The ELP Department has a form that we require your references to use. Please give the form (in its printed version or electronically) to your references. Your references can then submit this form to the department by email (jinny.yeara@utah.edu), or by mailing it to 1705 Campus Center Dr, Room 339, Salt Lake City, UT 84112, Attn: Admissions.
