Participants should make their own reservations by July 18, 2008. Availability is limited to 30 rooms including Thursday night depending on your travel plans. After the cut-off date, all reservations are subject to availability. When you call mention the group name of AP* Summer Institute for Teachers. Meals
The institute will provide a continental breakfast at The Point Bistro/Lund Commons and lunch at the Ray Olpin Union on the University of Utah campus Monday - Thursday. Participants will be responsible for their own dinner arrangements.
Parking
For Registration, the Combined Buffet Breakfast, Plenary Session, and Address parking will be available in the Rice Eccles Stadium lot. For regular institute hours parking will be available in the "A" lot south east of Milton Bennion Hall (see map for exact location). Day passes will be made available to those participants who have sessions in the science buildings on lower campus.
